Outer Grid Issues
Velocity Plots
Initialization: The low-res model mapped onto the high-res grid.
Initialization: negative velocity is colored non-red, there is no inflow.
20 orbits: Huge difference between this and the low-res model.
20 orbits: Mach number at the inner boundary.

Alternate Method
This method keeps the progenitor at the center while the companion orbits at $R_{sep} \Omega$. The only pseudoforce active on the gas is $-\Omega x \Omega x R_{cm}$.
