Binary CSM & Runtime

I found two issues when originally running through the parameter space:

• The minimum radius used in the secondary gravity term was dependent on a specific location on the grid, so changing the inner/outer boundary radius would cause issues.
• For some parameters which create larger/smaller binary separation, the inner boundary would create an artifact.

I made it through a decent amount of the parameter space at 192x64x192, with a few runs at 384x128x384
